discipline yourselt to control your food intake...
off the white stuff... (white sugar, all puropose flour, rice)
pag dark colored clothes para dili klaro ang fats..
in my case...i take 3 major meals no strictly no carbs in between those meals...if i am starving i eat fruits and drink a lot of water..
tapos every after eating, i take over 30 mins standing or walking..mao lang
tapulan man gud ko mag gym..hehehehe
no rice after six pm...
no junk foods,softdrinks & ice creams or at least
minimize your intake of sweety foods...
do aerobics or weight training...
u can try consulting a dietician para mtagaan ka niya ug target weight and den gaan ka niya ug diet prescription and also ma advisan ka niya on what to eat and what exercises u shud do... me and my friend just got our diet prescriptions a while ago. =)
