Best brand for touchscreen phones?

Hello! I'm planning to buy a new phone next month to treat myself. I'm still
thinking of what phone is better that is wifi ready ,touchscreen and not that
expensive. Can anyone help me out with this?
I'm open for suggestions. Thank you

if gusto ka android phones, i think wla tig 10k ang budget...

if you do not mind the price, i mean sobra kaayu sa 10k ang phones, go for HTC sensation or HTC Desire S...

For the price Sensation is a very very very very very poor choice.

My friend has an LG Optimus One. Got to play with it once and I could say it was a fairly good phone. I think stores in Cebu sell it for less than 10K. It's got Android 2.2.
