    PRAYER TO SAINT MARY MAGDALENE
    Feast:July 22

    Saint Mary Magdalene,
woman of many sins, who by conversion
    became the beloved of Jesus,
    thank you for your witness
    that Jesus forgives
    through the miracle of love.

You, who already possess eternal happiness
    in His glorious presence,
please intercede for me, so that some day
I may share in the same everlasting joy.

    Amen.

God, my Father, may I love You in all things and above all things. May I reach the joy which You have prepared for me in Heaven. Nothing is good that is against Your Will, and all that is good comes from Your Hand. Place in my heart a desire to please You and fill my mind with thoughts of Your Love, so that I may grow in Your Wisdom and enjoy Your Peace.

    25 DAYS TO GO

The official WYD Choir and Orchestra have been working extremely hard and for quite a long time to bring their gift of music to the hundreds of thousands of young people that are coming to Madrid in August. Here is one of their compositions, "Sanctus, "composed exclusively for WYD. Enjoy!

    Mater Gratiae
Mother of Grace, Mother of Divine Grace

Feast of Our Lady, Mother of Divine Grace
    July 23

Remember, O most amiable Virgin Mary, the ineffable power which the Holy Trinity conferred on thee when constituting thee the Mother of Grace. Animated with entire confidence in they all-powerful mediation, I place into thy blessed hands the needs, the intentions, and the persons of all who are dear to me and for whom I am bound to pray. I pray especially for the acknowledgment of the rights of her august head, for priests, for the conversion of sinners, the relief of the holy souls in purgatory, and particularly for (name your intention here).

    Hail Mary...

Mother of love, of sorrow, and of mercy, pray for us.

    Prayer

Lord, Jesus, the hour is come; glorify Thy Mother that Thy Mother may glorify Thee. Manifest to all her power and efficacious mediation, and grant us the favors we implore through her intercession. Hear us for Thy Mother's sake, hear us for love of Thy Mother, we beseech Thee, Lord Jesus! Show Thyself her Son and procure her triumph which we desire in view of Thine Own. That Thy Kingdom may come, may we have the Kingdom of Mary, Mother of Grace. Amen.

Mater Dei, Mater Gratiae, Benedicta Mater Nostra,
    Ora Pro Nobis.

    Ave Ave Gratia Plena!

    PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

Breathe in me, O Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may all be holy.

Act in me, O Holy Spirit, that my work, too, may be holy.

Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit, that I love but what is holy.

Strengthen me, O Holy Spirit, to defend all that is holy.

Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit, that I always may be holy.

    Amen.

    Loving Father,

Im busy all day. rarely with you can i stay & pray.
Through the saints to you above,
to offer my poor heart full of love.
But while in body i'm not here,
This lighted candles keep me near.
I leave my heart burning as light,
leave me yours whose radiance glows ever bright.
With that i could forever stay,
    Before you night and day.
May my candles brightness never cease,
As i leave with your inner glow of peace..

    Amen

    MY HEART’S THANKSGIVING
    Fr. Arnel dC Aquino, SJ
    ‪My Heart's Thanksgiving MV‬‏ - YouTube

    Refrain:

As I sing my heart’s thanksgiving
and my eyes look heaven ward,
How the stars you flung like jewels bid your welcome,
    shine your light.
As I marvel at your moonrise,
I’m in awe yet I ask.
“What am I that you should love me,
and hold me as your dearest love of all”.

    I.
You crown me with honor and glory,
and you set all things under my feet.
You have made me little less than angels even if I fly often away.

    II.
In my anxious and browbeaten moments you comfort me,
    fill me with peace.
When my foes threaten, dare, and surround me,
you’re my strength you’re my light and my shield.

    III.
    How exalted Your name is,
O Yahweh and how lofty the work of your hands.
Yet how closely, how dearly you draw me to your love,
    your divine majesty.

"Let us consider and lay to heart that while the Lord is with us, our foes can do us no hurt. For when they come they approach us in a form corresponding to the state in which they discover us , and adapt their delusions to the condition of mind in which they find us. If, therefore, they find us timid and confused, they immediately beset the place, like robbers, having found it unguarded; and what we of ourselves are thinking, they do, and more also. For if they find us faint-hearted and cowardly, they mightily increase our terror, by their delusions and threats; and with these the unhappy soul is thenceforth tormented. But if they see us rejoicing in the Lord, contemplating the bliss of the future, mindful of the Lord, deeming all things in His hand, and that no evil spirit has any strength against the Christian, nor any power at all over any one— when they behold the soul fortified with these thoughts— they are discomfited and turned backwards."

Life of St. Anthony by Saint Athansius
