    Murag dili tingali sir. Sa massage man gud, ma increased ang temperature sa imo muscles, so if dretso ka ligo, makalitan ug drop ang temperature. Mas advisable kung mu rest ka gamay before ligo.

    ok ra na basti...imo man sad na lawas. nag matngon ra siguro ang TS sa iyang kalawasan

    tama bro, mdjo warm water ang gamiton.
    in my case, i have two options:

    1) maligo usa ko prior to massaging kung magpa home service ra.
    2) unya na maligo (steam, then ligo) after massaging kung sa gym
    ko or sa hotel.



    Layu-a sa imo tubag brod...

    --- nindot ang second option pero mas nice ang home service kay dnaka mu adto sa salon... unsa may nakalahi sa istorya?

    wa napd guro ka ka inom sa imo tambal hahahaha

    depende ra jud na sa tawo dong basti.

    naay maligo before magpa massage

    naa sad maligo after few minutes gikan gi masahe.

    everytime magpa masahe ko mo ingon gyud ayaw sa ligo.

    wala man sad ko maka try ug spa gud nga naay sauna basin nice guro

    mao lagi depende ra sa tao..
    pero para nako okay rman maligo after massage hahaha
