Be it luxury or utility vehicles, the catholic church has always been a very vocal opponent of the lotto (the bread and butter of PCSO), and now they are asking money from the same agency they consider evil. What does that make them?

What do the bishops say about the STL issue? It seems they are ok with corruption, they are not as hot with it as in the issues of family planning.
