Dragonflies - how to breed?

Rarely do I see a dragonfly the past few years.. i wonder where they have been?

i'm searching how to breed such or get some eggs/larvae to cultivate. there's so many mosquitoes in our place (hillside). can't be controlled by always "haling" - neighbors complain of the smoke.

having natural predators for mosquitoes would be a great way to control mosquito population. had already guppies on rain drums to. its not enough. we should bring back the dragonflies..

How about planting marigold and neem tree which are natural insect repellents?

hay paet nihit na dyud kaayo ang dragonfly, also the GIANT grasshopper nga manakop ko sauna sa DOH duol sa CAP diha sa jones katong bagyong rupeng pa.
