I used to have a sluggish and faulty internet connection. Sigeg putol2x, until I found out that splitters are all over our wirings. Na shock ko sa kadghan kay akong brother nagbuot2 ug taod ug 3 ka extensions nga landline. Tapos naa pajod miy VONAGE. Pak, gipang putol ko bitaw nya gi direct... Solve ka lageh, di najod mag putol2.
Therefore I conclude, faulty and multiple connection of wirings is a NO! NO! It splits the flow of your connection which I think lessens the speed and makes the internet putol2x...
When I test my speed nausing (
Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test), well I got a like less difference nlng to the original speed or sometimes I get the full speed time pod. So carry ra!

Pero hope, you'll find ways in improving you CUSTOMER SERVICE. There's something wrong jd. It's seems so ironic to call Philippines as one of the best outsourcing countries for customer support, yet we can't even afford to have our own customer service departments provide good and quality service.
