i tried sleepasil and benadryl maka induce sila ug sleep but di jud ingon na tuloy tuloy ang tulog..mga 3 hours pinaka taas hehehe..kay most of my shift kay nightshift jud...even sa akong RD kay di jpon ko katulog..niabot sa point na every other day nlng ko matolog ehehehe
