Its difficult to follow the book when you're only given 1.5 - 2 hours tops to make it into a movie. Yes there are some scenes and death scenes and some characters omitted or not enough screen time and sometimes there were scenes that were 'rushed' but overall it delivered.
Some scenes:
Hogwarts with fireworks
(we have seen this part in the older movies
I think Alan Rickman should win an award for his portrayal of Severus Snape.
Spoiler!
Perfect delivery of lines, perfect expression of the eyes, perfect stoicism and arrogant stance, perfect hair, perfect mouth, perfect walk, perfect one eyed teardrop

but seriously, wla naman kaayo place for uyab2x sa last book.. serious mode na baya..
disappointed ko kai waa na sunod ang libro peo ever since man jud waa man jud nasunod ang libro since part one pa..it could have been better kung masking sa last part, david yates would be kind enought to stick to the books to make it memorable. maybe he did that so that we can just easily move on. haaay! but i'd still buy the complete dvd set for my future kids to watch.
When Voldemort Crucioed Harry in the forest after Narcissa revealed he is dead, Voldemort casted Crucio on Harry multiple times, but Harry never felt the pain.
And it was because Harry is the master of the Elder Wand and the Elder Wand refuses to hurt it’s master. And that is why in the Great Hall later on, Voldemort’s curse backfired and hit him, because the Elder Wand refused to kill Harry.
Why did the wand kill Harry in the first place then?
It was because Harry went in with the intention of getting himself killed. The Elder Wand protected him whenever he needed that protection, and when he was not willing to take that protection the wand acted upon it’s masters desire and that is why the spell worked the first time around.
The Elder Wand, though not unbeatable, sure has it’s own “mind” which is far greater than those of regular wands and that is what makes it so desirable.
