It's about loopholes. If you're very good and knowledgeable on how the law works, you can manipulate. Reality check? We can use a law against a law. We're talking about the resources and how it is implemented. As I've said, law is not only protecting the right of the victims but also the human rights of the suspects.
For the sake of argument. Hmmkay. Killing,.....I can think of few. When a victim killed a supposed rapist/murderer it will be considered self defense, it's against the law right - because that person just killed someone? So should we condemn the victim because she just killed her abuser? 2nd, the military and the rebels (NPA, ABu..) how many were killed since the war began? It still considered under killing. It's not in the law but it's happening in reality. It is situational when we talk generally of "killing".
Now if we're talking about extra judicial killing, vigilantes then its wrong. It is really wrong.
Geez. We are very prone to idealism that we skip the fact that we even enjoy watching how Superman, Batman or even Optimus Prime kill an antagonist when it is a visual example of taking-the-law-into-my-own-hands. The main concern of that we've been arguing about.
Note, it's better on 3G.
You can maybe tell us, us who never had engaged to such, that it is wrong. The challenge for you now is to tell that to those vigilantes and their supporters that what they are doing is inhumane. You wanna stop it? Then put it into actions, make it a reality and give those people another option.
