Can anyone tell me what kind of snake this is? I know its a Philippine Snake but I don't know what breed this is.. Thanks for those who could help..

Non-venomous

L.capucinus. Small vertebrates ie. lizards, skinks, mice...
But i suggest you just let it loose around your house or garden. Not to worry, it won't stray far. And it's a good natural PEST CONTROL too...

Kanang green can you check if the tongue is blue and the tail is red? Coz it might be a red tailed rat snake. I used to have one.
