- asking a gift as expensive as that is really unacceptable knowing that you are a bishop
but providing a documentation over the use of those vehicles helping the poor,
public apology and returning those can be well justified for me
- having an Intelligence Fund and Reputation Management Fee is more doubtful, what the hell are those?!
- but what i am looking forward to is how the government can check mate its target... from PCSO to cheating on election.. i'd say what else? there is got to be something better than that

i am pretty sure somebody is really bothered now....

This actually reminds me of Detective Conan and the Bishops as the scene of the crime. What you can see does not really describe everything. It is just a part of it. The real culprit used the Bishops to cover up the real motive so that the people will not see the real crime.

Pa sip sip ranang mga senators. The Roman Catholic Church is the most influential group in the Philippines. Sure gyud na maka tabang ilang influence during an election.

It's too sad that they don't practice what they preach. Mismo sila mo likay ug face sa consequences sa ilang sayop and sweep it under the rug....no...blame it "FULLY" on others.

what i cant understand is why the hell PCSO would be donating to heads of one of the richest institutions of this country - the catholic church....!?! and the transfer was made under the personal names of these bishops! damn, morality indeed is subjective!

the question here is, Why does the PCSO fund which is intended for Charity is used to Fund other purpose such as bomb threat,terrorism and etc.

thats because the churuch did not asked for this cars. individually, the priest asked former president arroyo if they could give them vehicles so that they could reach far flung areas. ako lng klarohon. dili tanan sakyanan kay luxury cars nadawat, naa mga L300, pick-up trucks. naa gani mga surplus pud.
