the question here is, Why does the PCSO fund which is intended for Charity is used to Fund other purpose such as bomb threat,terrorism and etc.

the answer here is, Intelligence Fund was used for other purpose such as bomb threat ,terrorism and etc and NOT Charity Fund.

wala kaau ko ka subay ani na issue but i have seen it once on TV about sa hearing ani - Sen Miriam Santiago said wala "daw" gilabag na batas (di kaau ko suhito sa law) and that i am not sure, even si Sen. Tito Sotto nalooy sya upon hearing sa mga reasons ng mga bishop, ingun sya ihatag nalang daw kuno na, lol. instead na ang mga bishop ang ma gisa atung adlawa ang naa sa COA naman nuon ang na sabon, hehehehe... but anyway, let them handle it nalang coz they know more than we do when it comes to laws, constitutions, articles or kung unsa pa na diha, hehehehe.

i dont care about the policy sa church kay pvt man na sila, what I care about is the law of the philippines that clearly states that it does not allow the govt to fund any religious sectors may it be for charity or not (something like that), kato palang, maliwanag pa sa buwan!!!!

Ang Catholic Church pag naa gani activity and project nga magkinahanglan money mag solicit jud ni sila. Asa naman diay ila income, it's not a secret that they have a billion investment in stock market. Daghan sila business interest particularly ang schools and universities nga mukita pud ug tag million. Nganong mangayo pa jud sila. I think it's true ang ila ingon nga ang policy sa church is just to recieve and not to give.
