actually, pwede.. maka receive ra na xa mail from the company stating to explain y nag AWOL xa.. if d xa mu respond, later on mkadawat ra na xa mail to process exit clearance.. if same ra sa akong gi workan na company ug procedure.. nag awol mn sad ko but gcendan ko letters..mao nag process ko exit clearance nko gniha buntag ra jud..then mdawat nko last pay, 13th month, etc after 2 months together with my COE or cert of employment as well as ITR

pwede pah cguro, adto lang cya sa company para magpa clearance then exit interview.. kay according sa labor code, required jud ang company muhatag sa 13th month pay regardless if AWOL, terminated or resigned ang usa ka employee.. pero it's the company's prerogative if muhatag pah cla sa last pay ug other benefits.. Kay awol man koh sa usa kah well known BPO company, then nagpa baga nah lang koh sa akong nawong kadto sa ilang office para magpa clearance ug exit interview. I honestly told them that i went on awol because of the pressure. ( and i went there 8 months after my last day of work pah! hahaha.. baga kau ) nakadawat pah koh 17K kapin for my back pay, I never would have enjoyed the money if I hadn't tried. Try lang gud adto.. pero manage your expectations rah.. case to case basis man cguro. At least dli mag cge speculate imong friend ug cge "what if ?.."

kadawat gihapon bro. basta lang i-clear gihapon ka sa center den if naa pa leave credits againts sa imo AWOL .. advise lang naku bai bahala lang wala ka makuha importante ma clear imo name sa center kay mo blacklist baya na sila den basin lisod lisoron pud ka sa imo applications with other centers.
