Still, medyo tama kang may mga mistaken identity. But the process is efficient, so far, and therefore, rare cases lang ito. Like you said, ang proper judicial system man gani may mistaken identities din. Ang problema, it seems mas efficient sa ngayon ang sistema ng DDS Kung hindi efficient yung system at maraming innocent ang napagkakamalan, I assure you, Davaenos will gradually grow resentment until they can't take it any more. During the turbulent years of Davao, around 80s-90s, he did go up the mountains and talked to the NPAs. He told them he respect that they were fighting for a cause and all, but that they leave Davao alone. He said that if they come to Davao, then they should be prepared to die.
