duda nako naay "Death Note" diha sa davao si duterte naa nay "Reaper" nga gi alagaan mao na ma exterminate mga kriminal.

nindot hinoon ang magpuyo sa malinawon og crime free nga lugar

You have different governors, mayors, etc because you are not satisfied with any of their performance. The Dutertes managed to stay in power because the people are satisfied with their performance and want them there, and not because they're cheating or that the people are fearful. So why are you glad again?

No, not anybody can. Pussies can't rule with an iron fist. And yes, brains does not have anything to do with ruling with an iron fist. Brains play a part in the execution, the strategy. Iron fist can only go so far, and I assure you, Duterte has enough smarts in him, lest he will not survive for too long without cheating.

You are really ignorant of how the system works in Davao, mao rag pataka lang kag yawyaw kay puro lang ka hypothetical.

Ganito yan i-explain ko: Ang mag-warning sa imo kay dili man some suspiscious hooded stranger that you have no ****ing clue whatsoever who he is, and who will just approach you in the dark and then whisper in your ears to change your ways. Kabalo ka kinsa ang mag-warn? Ang imong baranggay chairman. Yep the baranggay chairman, or any person in your local village na may authority and who knows and is known by the local community. That means he knows you, your family, friends, your neighbors and what you have been doing lately. Naka-imagine na ka sa situation dong? He can't just come up to you from nowhere and warn you to change your ways. Ang basehan niya ay ang recent activity mo, like you have been caught stealing, selling drugs, snatching etc. The baranggay chairman is definitely sure na ang wina-warningan niya ay GUILTY. And if the warned doesn't change his way? Well, in comes the suspiscious hooded stranger that he has no ****ing clue whatsoever who he is, and who will just approach him in the dark (or light) and then whisper, er... shoot him.

Still, medyo tama kang may mga mistaken identity. But the process is efficient, so far, and therefore, rare cases lang ito. Like you said, ang proper judicial system man gani may mistaken identities din. Ang problema, it seems mas efficient sa ngayon ang sistema ng DDS Kung hindi efficient yung system at maraming innocent ang napagkakamalan, I assure you, Davaenos will gradually grow resentment until they can't take it any more. So far, I don't see any of that happening.

By supporting vigilante killings, you are supporting traitors who are enemies of the people
Haha oh my you are really prone to hearsays and rumors! Well, actually they're more like ex-cops and military, according to some reports na nabasa ko based on interviews of real "DDS" members. PCIJ ata na report yun, i forgot, try to search for it.

One thing is sure, they're not ex-NPAS. And Duterte is not an ex-NPA.Hahaha! The closest thing he came to being a leftist is nung nagjoin siya sa isang leftist rally (or he actually joined a leftist group? not sure) when he was studying in Manila. But then again, time yun ni Marcos and he had his days of idealism, as the rest of us. As for fully joining the NPA, nope he did not do that.

During the turbulent years of Davao, around 80s-90s, he did go up the mountains and talked to the NPAs. He told them he respect that they were fighting for a cause and all, but that they leave Davao alone. He said that if they come to Davao, then they should be prepared to die.
