its a typical pinoy mentality to spend more of his income.

Not like the Chinese nga grabe mag save. Like for example my Singaporean colleague. Nakadawat ug bonus worth 500k Pesos. I talked to him if asa cya mag vacation (because of his bonus). Gi ingnan raman ko "No must save" lolz

Anyway naa rajud na sa goal sa tawo. For me akong gi balance akong life and work. lisud kaau cge lang tag save then wala ta life.. faeta.

well...... pwede man pod ta kayod for now..... relax gamay coz naa paman ta sa working phase sa atong life..... relax more later if naa na kay savings and investments.... plus sa imong pension.... naa rana ninyo.... coz mostly mahitabo man gud mas daghan ang lipay2x maski na ang budget sakto ra sa panggasto.... kinsay moasenso ana... live below your means.... save and invest.... then work.... lipay2x panagsa... reduce expenditures sa mga dili kayo kinahanglan... target long term.... descipline is the key ra gyud....
