    Default I have sleeping problems...


    I have sleeping problems, asa ko pwede maka pangayu og tabang ani. as in grabe najud.. wa nako nalipay sa ka severe skong insomnia.. nia kng matog ko instead of mka rest, inig amta nko laba dnuon kay akong ulo nia skait kai akong lawas.

    unsa nah nga kind of doctor duolon para ani

    Naa tingale kay depression , sis . Try lang sa imo doctor then basin ma refer ka sa lain kung unsa ba jud .

    depression sa unsa man oi, murag di mn ko depressed about anything.. kng naa man koy problema mga gagmay ramang butang. na unsa naman ni akong lawas oi..

    bisan unsa paakong imnun nga sleeping pills di jd mu talab.. nia bisag mu mata pakog sayu sa buntag nia ako pa kapuyon akong lawas, nia d jd ko mu take og morning nap dugay jd gihapon ko maka tog inig gabie.

    take 1 tab of melatonine b4 sleep,, awa nindot kaau na e katulog hehe!

    Exercise 30 or an hour before sleeping, and make it a routine. Also drinking milk before going to sleep helps. Sleeping earlier is better.

    exercising can boost your adrenaline man thats why its good during the mornings not at night kai di ka katog..

    and yes, mu drink kog milk.. ganhaan kaayu ko matog og sayo. kaso lang.. wala jud, dili jud.. ZERO.. hay nako...

    basa ug libro, or try ug simba, paminaw sa pari na boring kaayu paminawon, pugsa imong self,hehehehe
    pero if dili ka katoliko, tn-aw na lang ug movie na hawd sa ka boring, unya tn-aw jud, ug homana

    de buh, duka-on ka, maka-tulog jud ka, ehehehehehe

    if de pa mo-effect, kaligo before ka matulog, unya inum ug BEER kanang bugnaw kaayu,....mga 2 ka botilya, igo na ka ana, ayaw lang anara imong self sa beer, ma-alcoholic unya ka....

    hmm... iwas lang ug istorya.net ig ka gabii sis... dapat daytime activity siya kai akong nabantayan, ug mag istorya ig gabii, wa na... di na maundang, mabuntagan nlang
