Oh cmon. So you admit you should take critics' words regarding a movie? Didn't you just say earlier that critics don't know what they're saying?

Cmon dude, admit it. You can never tell how a movie is unless you PERSONALLY see it. I read a lot of stuff how "A Phantom Menace" was terrible, but we still flocked to see it anyway. Critics bashed it, tore it to pieces, and yet we still came in droves. Why? Because we wanted to see it for ourselves.

For argument's sake: If it were an established fact that "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" was indeed a terrible movie, would that really stop you from watching it? Or any movie for that matter? Would you really just stay home this weekend and not waste your time and money? C'mon dude, an honest question deserves an honest answer.

I didn't say I don't like all of Michael Bay's movies. I loved "The Rock" and "Bad Boys" was a rush. Hell, I can even look past Ben Affleck's crappy acting in "Armageddon", because Steve Buscemi was awesome. I agree that Michael Bay is a terrible director, but I do enjoy some of his movies. However, I didn't enjoy how he made the Transformers films. The first one was just ok, nothing spectacular, but the last 2 have been enormously disappointing. Shia LeBouf said that the second one was not up to par. Even Michael Bay himself agreed that the 2nd one stunk. The 3rd was only slightly better than the 2nd movie, mainly because the 2nd movie stunk so bad, it was impossible to go even worse.

FYI...i haven't watched the movie yet.....i haven't had the perfect time to be a kid again.....maybe this weekend....

BTW endlessknight, your replies to my question is NO way a kids' reaction watching cartoon.......it's a critique watching an ABC and 123's.....

    .
Wow, did you say this to the mod when he gave the movie a negative reaction? I don't see you guys telling him to stop watching.

I said if I were a kid, I would probably be able to look past the movie's flaws. If I were a kid, this would probably be one of the coolest movies ever. If I were a kid, this movie would be awesome.

But I'm not a kid anymore.

Anyway, you'll get to see it this weekend. See it for yourself.

@endlessknight - completely understood.... also, this is not just for you, it's for all the haters there...

of course, we have to watch the movie just for the fun or to see if it is better than the previous one...

well, in my case, i will be watching it without prejudice on the director....i know even Brian Singer sucked in one of his movies....

anyway, i'm sure i will enjoy this over the weekend...

did i said that critics dont know what theyre saying? cant remember that i said so..

its your decision if you watch a movie even though you felt your robbed with your money afterwards. just dont cry afterwards and say words like this:

"I want my money back. F*ck you, Michael Bay. Didn't you learn anything from that trainwreck of a sequel TF2?"

coz maka ingon pod ta "kang kinsa man nang imong sala?"
