Naglibog man gud ko mga bro ug sis..
gnahan man gud ko mu gain ug weight niya mu porma ang lawas kai daot kaau ko sauna...
nya dugay2 nasad ko nag gym.. pero dli ko mu take ug supplements..
nidako-dako nako gamay sako pag gym without the supplements..
ang akoa lang kai sige ko banat ug kaon esp. proteins...
but is it ok? kinahanglan ba mag supplements like whey protein?
ga search man gud ko sa google about sa whey protein, nindot iyang mga benefits like increase in muscle mass niya naa pai anti-cancer properties but with continuous study pa;however, naa sad siya mga side effects na ako kahadlokan like liver and kidney damage, osteoporosis, gout... but dli wala pa daw kaau na proven scientifically...
what can you suggest?
