gipa VTO ka for 2months? kapoy jud na ilang style, I don't know ngano ing.ana sila ug style oie...

reason: because kulang daw headcount ang INTUIT
manpower: less 20 agents for dell and additional 20 agents for intuit

those 20 dell agents went training again sa intuit for like a week
they took calls for 2 weeks and got back to dell 2 weeks after
at that time a new wave of agents from intuit fresh from client specifics training are waiting to be deployed sa operations

so what happened to those 20 agents na gi reprofile from intuit >>> unpaid leave... how do you explain that? nag hago hago ra sila train 20 borrowed agents from dell and another wave to be deployed.

Our case bro: worst thing that ever happened, can't blame us why we HATE this company.

    Fresh from Xbox training:
1 week nesting period: as per TL's "make all mistakes you can on this stage, learn from it and correct it."
2nd week (nesting over): anha pa mi gi explainan sa toll gate process (t'was on a friday)
3rd week (official xbox agents na daw mi): Took in calls and all, come saturday, 30+ agents we're TEXTED (where's professionalism here?) to report to the 5th floor on monday for Ops validation sa intuit "like what?!"

Keep in mind: wala mi gihatagan ug numbers(stats) and all ngano gibalhin mi... errrr.. LOL?

Taas pa ni ang story after ani nga stage, pero ako lang i reserve kung naa gnahan makig sumpaki dri nga die hard fan sa stream. hehehe

Up until now, daghan regular agents sa Xbox nga gpa VTO, d ka mo accept ug VTO aw go on FORCED LEAVE! lol

Now, kato mga die hard sa stream, try to defend your company now nga kibaw mo mao na ilang gibuhat.

Make your own company and manage it. Then listen to ignorant employees QQ about how you try to find ways to sustain your company and carry it across unstable economies.
