    And debit cards do nt work... there is written, that visa electron will work, but does not, because EPCI/ Equitable Card Visa Electron do not have the security number on their back... what the hell...

    I believe the functionality is limited to sending funds. As to receiving... di pa pwede. Pero like me who do not want a credit card associated with my newly opened PayPal account, I still can't use it even to buy online. If you guys are interested in an alternative, perhaps you can check out this PayPal service that lets you pay via PayPal for a low fee, payment sent through UnionBank.

    i'd rather use my credit card and open an account with paypal than pay for a fee to use paypal from other payment facilitator...............

    Why are we petition for paypal here??
