i think you need to submit a valid identification to verify nga ikaw dili ka bogus. maybe they are having second thoughts sa imung account. kay kabaw nata karon panahuna kusog kaayo ang online scam

I think somebody has been trying different passwords on your email address. After so many failed attempts the system automatically puts a freeze on the account until they can verify that you're the sole person with access.

First thing first.... if you were contacted by email check that the message is not a scam. Was the email addressed to you by name? If not it could be a phishing attempt. Don't click on any links in the email, go to PayPal site directly.

it could be a phising attempt bro. check if the links embedded in that email ACTUALLY goes to PayPal.com and not a redirect or a variant like paypalaccounts.com or paypal.multiply.com.
