hi! if you want a cost per square meter, try to consider it always as a rough estimate not yet the final or detailed estimates. If you hire an architect for your project, try to have a detailed estimates so that you will have an exact concrete amount of your project. Coz in our case as designer/contractor, we usually gave a detailed estimates so as to avoid conflict later on with our clients coz most of the time clients and contractors argue on the additional works during the period of construction...just my two cents

an investment will only be consider when it will have a return, a house won't be consider as an investment unless you will sell it at the time when the construction is done, but when you consider it as a home it will be under expense.

Apartment is not the same as house that is meant for living or consider as a home and a home in any angle it is always expense.. sorry for OT

yes when you're dwelling at that house of course it's under expense, BUT that's no big deal because your are living in that house and that is your house. that is to be considered as return investment.. now if you're renting that house for life, that's what you call no return.

FYI, investment is not always about MONEY gain or financial profit. your self/body can be an investment too for the future.

sir necrotic freak, ask unta ko nimo unsaon ang proper installation ana mga metal clips nga kauban inig palit ug pvc plastic door gani? murag anchoring to concrete man tingali purpose ana noh? wala man gud instruction sa manufacturer, Pretty Door, ug ang mga panday ug mason wala pud kabalo unsaon, and they end up just discarding those metal strips.

hi! actually those clips are used to anchor/hold the pvc door jamb to your wall whether it is concrete or drywall(using light framing materials). If you have a "finishing" panday or mason, they know how to use this but actually pwede ra gud na siya wala. Basta make sure lang ligon lang pagka plastada imu door jamb. just my two cents!
