    I was experiencing pain in my knee before.. lower part of the knee ni burot sya .

    stop lang ko sa extreme activity og stop eating meat mao ingon sa doctor, prutas lang og vegies ok ra guro if gamay na meat, murag naa man ko pills ato gi take... pain reliever ra guro to... then mga after 8-12 months kay na wala na ang sakit... wa na sab ko basketball og uban pah for that span of time..

    i resort to mountain biking kay less stress sa joints.

    I am now healed! 100%

    Rest and shift to some activity na lesser friction og stress sa mga joints hehehe.

    I suggest too na prior to your activity kay mag stretching kah... kay mao guro sab na , dretso raman gud ko sauna duwa basketball og mag joggin sab dretso sab.

    mao lang, daghan salamat..

    Ask lang sad ko, kung molingkod ko dayon mobarog mosakit man sad ni ako left knee, but kung magbarog nako about few seconds d na kaau mosakit... para nako mas maayo magtindog lang ko kaysa molingkod ko...

    Unsa diay ni klase sa sakit? Athritis or Rhayuma or anything else?

    if its pain on the lateral side sa knee COULD be injured lateral collateral ligament sa knee... you could do icing to decrease inflammation (if its inflamed) for two days and at the 3rd day warm compress to relieve pain... could be caused by other problems like arthritis but usually pain occurs at the medial side(opposite lateral) cause weight bearing is more on the medial side as evidenced by bow legging when we get old..

    strengthen your quads and hams to add better support to your joints.. im a PT this is what we usually do to our patients.. BUT again im NO doctor soooo its best to consult hope i helped

    by the way try resting it so it can have time to heal itself.. just dont expect to heal immediately as it has low blood supply thus longer healing time

    rheumatoid is also a type of arthritis.. rheumatoid arthritis is an arthritis caused by immune system defect, maybe what you meant was OA or osteo(bone) arthritis. arthro(means joint) by the way.. does the pain occur ubos sa knee cap kay when you stand up the muscle close to the knee is quads(enclosing knee cap). if its not inflamed or way hubag which i assume wala kay CHRONIC mani siguro nga pain, try warm compress at least 20 mins a day.. to know if its warm enough, try dipping your pinky if its tolerable then is should be okay... rest is also important but still the most important thing is CONSULT jud heheh gud am all

    rheumatoid arthritis as compared to osteo arthritis by the way, RA is symmetrical meaning it occurs on both sides example, if its knees then it should be both, if its OA then its usually assymetrical meaning 1 side, but it can also be symmetrical in the case of pianist for example. aside from that, RA is also usually inflamed with pain while OA is only pain but both have limitation of motion due to pain
