one can always engage in businesses without exploiting people, it's just that the term for the ROI is long and the road can be tricky. businesses in this country want big profits happening yesterday because we are a nation that is unstable and with no real growth from within....no real future.
well of course, if one is rich, there is always a future, at least for their families in another land anyway. no patriotism? it just boils to one thing, they are still citizens of this earth.
Exploitation like what? give examples kanang klaro gyud.

nice ang iya intention but lisod ni iimplement. let's first amend the constitution to make our economic policies more attractive to investors. once daghan na investors, pwede na ta magpatuyang ug wage hikes. ang problema karun kay the only thing that's keeping investors happy in our country is our CHEAP workforce, if we give other incentives other than that (like kanang mawala na ang 60-40 na ownership rule sa consti), dili na na sila mubiya bisan mahal na atong labor. even the local tycoons (sila sy, ayal, gokongwei, etc) barat kaayo muhatag ug sweldo sa ilang mga tao kay kabalo man sila wala kapadulngan ang mga employees, but if naay competition from foreign investors, mapugus jud ni sila pasaka sa wages.

pag.chure dinha bai, insik ang mga Ayala?

and another thing, what makes you 100% sure nga ang kanang other businessmen nga "dili insik" sakto nga sweldo jud pirmi ang ginahatag?

You think you are justified in solely blaming the Chinese for poor wages? What gives you that authority. You opinion is groundless and baseless which renders it useless and moot.

it seems racism has reared its ugly head in this discussion...which was never part of said discussion in the first place.

this blanket policy of choking the revenues of the businesses even further is a product of shortsightedness. You want real progress, create effective economic fiscal policies, control the fx rate like what china is doing then maybe,MAYBE our PPP will increase hence giving more value to the P1.00
