What if the mayor is not a duterte? Do you think people should live by who is the mayor? Duterte is not the law. Putting the law on his hand undermines the established law of the land. The problem here is the implementation of it. It is not a matter of place whether you live in Davao or Cebu. Authorities are mostly sitting ducks and likewise protectors of crime. Though we can't deny that Duterte brings peace and order in Davao through extra-judicial killing (using DDS) but still it should not be that way. I don't think he could assassinate his own son/daughter if one breaks the law. Will he?

according to a friend na taga davao naa daw usa ka high end subdivision sa city na most residents namalhin nalang kay ang mga ampatuans kay grabe kuno kabanha og ang mga tawo magdaladala og highpowered firearms. seems like naay agreement with the dutertes na makasulod sila sa davao city pero dapat dili magsamok samok or something.

the agreement of duterte to the ampatuans is simple. you can live in davao provided you live here peacefully. and so are the other large muslim clans like the Paglas. Sinsuat. Mangundadatu. etc. they wouldn't dare to start a fued in davao. naay mga ginagmay nga argumento ngadto before pero mostly done by there children kana lagi mga bata pa chuy chuy. but peace are generally kept.

there are 2 groups that keep davao safe and secure. the PNP and the Task Force Davao. not to mention the DDS. "Duterte Dance School".

Are you from cebu city, what age are you now?. grabi kaayo ka idealistic. look around bai not just on you or someone specific. even if you'll look at the bigger or smaller picture, philippine justice will not work here. kuwang pakag experience, libro rana nimo tanan nabasahan. tan-awn ta og makakita nakag sinuhulay diha sa korte, dili ba mausab imong huna-huna.

Why resort to comparing other places? Philippines to America. Laws in the America can't be applied to the Philippines since we have different mentality/culture. If extra-judicial killings benefits the people or a certain place or the entire country then why still making it illegal?

Torres Street nga involve ang mga elite society, pero quiet lang kaayo si digong peor kung ordinary pa to ang involved sentensiya dayon... unya sa akong nahibaw-an daghan man gihapon drugs sa Davao.
