I never been to Davao, but i have lots of colleagues from that place. And I admire how Duterte run the city after hearing their feedbacks.

In my opinion lang ha. I been to many countries and i can compare what the Filipino's are lacking - DISCIPLINE.

In order to have this we need a TYRANT leader to run the country, that will send fear if the citizens wont abide the law.

Expecting that the rule makers should not also be the rule breakers is not delusional. It is a very reasonable expectation that the law of the Philippines be upheld by those in authority.
