for me i like davao in terms sa security, i can walk while using my phone without the fear na naay snatcher mo hablot ani, unlike sa cebu na mag cge ka ug tan aw sa palibot while using your phone or di nalang jud ipa gawas.. sa davao maka laag ka at night na walay hadlok na tulison ka, sa cebu ambot lang kung di ka kuyawan, samot na sa colon or port area..

i dont think hes above the law. if masakpan sad ni si digol sa iyang mga kabuang, sitahon jud ni siya or pasakahan ug kaso. and see, thats my point. he doesnt care if you think davao isa renegade region? he'll probably give you the finger hahaha as long as the job is done and the people are secured.
