    Read my post again. At the latter part I stated that their salaries are more than enough for them to pay a taxi.

    All professions has risk and hazard factors to consider. In call center for that matter, health and security are one of the downside of it, not to mention mental and emotional problems for some.

    Plain and simple, a call center agent should adjust for himself/herself to survive in the real world. You should not depend solely upon the company's nurture. If one cannot cope up with certain disadvantages, then I suggest they work for a day job.

    Wala lagi jud ka kasabot sa comment nako bay... mau bitaw ni ingun ko na considering sa ilang work schedule kay you are supporting to other country with diff. time zone...     I worked for 4 years as a call center agent before bay.. outbound tong amua ni quit ko kay affected na akong health so i decided to work abroad.. updated kau ko brod esp politics.. and paid my taxes for almost 20yrs so dont tell me na wla ko kabalu sa atong nasud esp. current events and politics.. tsk! tsk!...
