i disagree.. call center sad bya ko sa una.., it comes with the job man na pwede ka kadlawn mu.uli or muduty...,
i guess ma.accountable ra sila if wa silay gprovide na transpo allowance ug proper sleeping lounge para ang kadto nahutdan ug kwarta pangtaxi di na lang mu.uli ug alanganin...
i feel sorry for the victim.., but dli na accountable ang company ani... la man sa company premises or event nahitabo ang krimen...
although agree ko sa death penalty for rape..para mutagam ug mahadlok na ang mga way lingaw

You only think that most of the call center company are giving them transpo allowance brod you say? So meaning you are not sure?
Assuming you are right? it's HR and management staff to make sure that their employees are safe til sa balay nila considering the work schedule of your employees. No buts no if's... tsk! tsk!
This is a serious case and i know daghan na nka experience ani because of poor management.
We can't afford to hear such accident to happen again... So sad jud to hear such cases na kapabaya-an sa management and authority sa pinas... Diha ang nga company owner lng ang ma datu ang mga employee samot ka ut-ut unya tulisun pa tungod sa poor management and mga polis na pulpul!...
dong. kinsa mn d i numero unong ni babag anang death penalty? diba mga pari, religious group. when i say "ugok nga pari" that does not mean to say ugok tanang pari, naay ubang pari nga taron naa pod ubang ugok. widen up your mind, paila lang pod ka kung unsa ka pagkatawo.

I am not sure because I am not a God who knows all the call center companies benefits. If you want to know, ask a callcenter agent from different companies if they have transportation or taxi allowance.
Read my post again. At the latter part I stated that their salaries are more than enough for them to pay a taxi.
All professions has risk and hazard factors to consider. In call center for that matter, health and security are one of the downside of it, not to mention mental and emotional problems for some.
Plain and simple, a call center agent should adjust for himself/herself to survive in the real world. You should not depend solely upon the company's nurture. If one cannot cope up with certain disadvantages, then I suggest they work for a day job.
