Been to Davao just last week and my 5th times. I stayed in My Hotel, downtown area. please daw ko bring your cam with you roam around from san pedro down to the city hall then you'll see how DIRTY davao is. If i were u dabawenyos bring with you brooms,dust pan to clean those trash para mabarogan nako ang pagkalimpyo "KUNO" sa davao para di ta maingnan nga confident ba. I also find the street so stinky, bahog angso. Try to go to G-mall pd kanang may namaligya dha mga sapatos then please try to clean the canal dhang dapita, atbang pa ra ba unta ug mall. Then the sidewalk from Abreeza down to VP sa left side, please daw hawan-hawani ang mga sagbot then mga lapok2s kay lisud au ilakaw dha na area especially if ulan2x, baha jd dapit sa VP. Banlasi pd nang Skywalk sa may VP kay baho jd ug angso.

I wonder why dabawenyos are claiming that their City is very clean where in fact its a big NO. From the airport pa lang down to the city proper, i spotted garbages being thrown along the sidewalk, im not talking in exaggeration but thats what i observed during my stay.

Dont be too over confident about ana inyong panghambog na CLEANEST CITY...pweee.. A city would have 2 faces the clean and the dirty part and that goes to all the cities not only in the Phil.s. but www...

well kanang gina ingon nako nga davao is one of the cleanest cities in the philippines, dili mana ako lang nag buot2 department of tourism man ang nag award niana so probably naay weight maski gamay akong statements.

i dunno if it would answer your question, but my father-in-law's 5 door apartment in dona luisa village was finished last dec 2010, as of karon 4 out of the 5 doors were already rented/occupied.
