First, fault ni sa management og asa na siya na call center company. Dapat mag provide sila og service to each employee nila. Ang HR manager nila natulog tingale?
I hope someone can knock on his head pra mka mata bah!..

if only ang customers sa america kay manawag inig gabii ra sa ilang timezone, di ta kinahanglan night shift....

This is a wake up call to all call center company, they should have to provide transportation allowance or vehicle to their employees and make a schedule especially sa ilang working schedule.. WTF!..

transportation allowance IS provided by 90% tingali sa call centers....
vehicles to employees are given....but not to agents...even supervisors....BUT to another career industry....Medical Representatives....

as all call center agents do before they sign their contract, it is stated "willing to work on ANY shift"............ and also, dili ang agents ang mag-buot sa time/shift......ang company ug ang end-client.....
