Got my Samsung Galaxy S 2 two days ago. It's an awesome phone. Mine has the yellow tint issue but it doesn't bother me that much. The phone's too amazing to wallow in frustration over a slight issue. Here's hoping though that it can be fixed through a firmware update.

That slight issue is quite severe on other phones though. I'll get mine replace before the 7 days ends para extend warranty balik hehe. I find it annoying to settle for defect on such a device when the SGS1 had it perfectly going and of course the market is best mobile display, but dont let my expectations be yours. Enjoy sad kaayo ko sa akong phone despite this single issue, adto tas pikas brand grabi ang issue wala pa jud local service center.

Nope, its a hardware fault, manufacturing issue. the SAMOLED never had this issue.

Probably dili ma dayun, dako ra daw ug added cost and theres a microSD slot anywa.

Discoloration or yellowing/dimming of OLED cells is due to usage and heat, if this is really an issue on the actual OLED screens then YES it will get worse as time goes by. Its the reason why Im looking for a non defective screen to begin with. Kita nata ko but wala nila gi reserve as my replacement coz I didnt bring the box
