    dakong sakto
sa engineering field.. kasagaran entry level mo limpyo ug 8k - 10k per month
kasagaran mo huwat paka ug naa mamatay, resign, mo abroad before naa openings for promotion

    in 5 years.. kung...average..
    engineer 10k/month = 120k (per year) = 600k pesos in 5years
    agent 15/month = 180k (per year) = 900k pesos in 5 years

    difference in 5 years = 300k pesos

nakapabor japon ang engineer ani in long term.

once ang engineer maka gain nag years of experience a possible salary increase, promotion or he/she can resign and apply to other companies who can offer a bigger purse. or pwidi sya mu abroad kay humot kau mga engineer ngadto basta naay experience.

mostly, a call center agent will remain a call center in a span of 5 years. while an engineer can be a foreman, leadman or assistant production manager, it's all about gaining momentum and steady career growth.

kasagaran pud callcenter naa monthly performance bonus

kasagaran sa engineering firms naay labor union nag protect. automatic 10-15% annual salary increase even without the promotion of position. wa pay labot mga changes sa bargaining like improved benefits, unlike sa call center agent nga fixed na ang benefit during the tenure.

yes sir naa pa nang union. try to ask sa mga employed sa Naga plant, Cemex, Atlas. dili man manirado sir basta maau lang mo negotiate, normal raman na magubot jud basta naay union kay gi fight man pod nila ang right sa employees. that's global so normal ra jud and it's for the greater good of employees. nag lock out man gani ang NBA tungod sa labor union.
if mag close ang call center sa pinas, apektado ang engineers nga nag call center kay useless man iyang experience as a call center agent
