actually bro d ko CVG, pero maka request man cguro ka.. akong kauban sa stream before gi profile siya para Time Warner nya ni request siya ma butang sa Comcast, na Comcast jud siya pero almost 2months sad lagi to siya nag huwat kay wala pa man nag hiring Comcast ato. hahaha.. anyway, I think hiring ang Comcast karon, mao ingon sa ako commander.. hehehe

nindot man sya bro...pero of course, voice or nonvoice, wala man juy sayon daun, so sa comcast it has its own complexity samut na daw ig training og cgeg apas sa metrics, but the good thing is bro, once you get the hang of it smooth sailing nalang kaau ka...magmusic pjud sa floor, so at least mka-wagtang sa stress...

if u compare it with taking in calls, mas-lesser jud ang stress sa nonvoice lang bro, mao na ako masulti jud...try lang...so far sa tanan nakong kaila naa sa comcast, happy and satisfied with their work man...so, it's really worth a try...
