Hatag kuno example nga underworked nga overpaid kay murag dili gyud na tinood. mag 10 hrs shift pa gani ngadto usahay nya naa pay overtime.

Ayaw e compara sa hi-end jobs ngadto nga ang requirement sad sa educational background and intellectual capability taas sad kaayo, those people in the position worked hard for it.

And those special care givers nga naka TAGHAP og datu kaayo nga boss, then TAGHAP ra gyud na. Mao may pirmi e advertise sa mga recruitment agency gyud, thats a given angX2 man mu advertise og bali.

IF ma approve ni then ni approve sila in riding with Inflation and just plain dumb economics. Daghan kaayo ma wagtangan og trabaho and those industries that can afford to but don't wan't to spend anymore on ROCK HEADED workers will go into automation, They'd rather purchase an expensive machine that can do the work perfectly and work 24/7 without constant observation over an employee.

businesses are exploiting the workers in our country in one form or another. the exploitation is either camouflaged or not. what can you expect, we are still a developing country. we do not have effective consumer protection. our leaders are not even the most qualified (i'm not talking about being a citizen and a resident of a particular locality in a so-so number of years) - the private sector has them and they know this, they like it that way. our government and its people are lagging behind - everybody knows this. very ripe for subtle abuses - a country hanging on a cliff., we grab on to anything that keeps us from falling.
one can always engage in businesses without exploiting people, it's just that the term for the ROI is long and the road can be tricky. businesses in this country want big profits happening yesterday because we are a nation that is unstable and with no real growth from within....no real future.
well of course, if one is rich, there is always a future, at least for their families in another land anyway. no patriotism? it just boils to one thing, they are still citizens of this earth.
