Let us not compare apples and bananas here. of course cebu is more progressive than davao, the fact that cebu is one of the first cities in the country means its way ahead in terms of economical growth.

because just like any other parts of the country, Cebu is not limited to cebuanos alone. And who the hell are you to tell us what to do?
