sakto ba ang manumbag kung dili tumanan sa gusto (educated adult -professionals)?
I think you are misled here. She didn't man because she didn't get what she wants. She hits him because of his laxities.

Ingon pa sa ako lolo, kung ang metal gitay-an, dukdokon. hehe

    don't get me wrong hap?
but rationalization is not a valid excuse on the law

@reptoid thank you for pointing that out to me sir. I didn't see those emoticons on the quick reply bar.
@yiennahs, actually you're right. it is not a valid excuse. that is why sometimes rationalization always comes after, especially when the confrontations became emotional.

    sometimes it happens man jud
    that's life

we get to hurt someone without even realizing it
your mayor is strong so don't be so worried about her.

    acceptance, that's the key
    she has done wrong
she has to accept the consequences
and if the sheriff won't file
    then she is saved

    that's life
    it's inevitable

what is cell cranium? paki explain, LOL.. you want me to comprehend a mother and child example to a mayor to a sheriff? how is that related? you mean kasuhan sa anak ang inahan? set a new example nalang though its so obvious na nakasala sya why set an example? need pa ba?

*sigh* again, they already planned it weeks ahead. When I say plan, they already made contigencies, worst case scenarios, courses to take, resolutions to make. Of course she knows who's the judge who gave the demolition order. Nagmeeting nga eh (read: face to face). Even my 2 year old daughter can explain that for you.
mao ba? kabalo man diay sya why mo hangyu pa sya? and besides if kabalo sya na naay demolition mahitabo at least naghatag syag order ahead of time na peaceful ang pag demolish dili kay ora mismo sya mo anha unya mangsukmag... what do you expect sa mga settlers? gubot jud na..... kana wala niya nakita ahead of time?

(puffs out another sigh) Because the sheriff was the one on the field. She already know that the order is final and executory. She can't do anything against it. What she hopes for was give her a bit of time so that "bisag mademolish ang akong mga constituents, they know that I'm here to support them." If you were on her shoes, would you just cower in the shadows and let all those people hurt themselves and leave them? Or would you stand on their side? (minus the punching of course)
hahahahaa, andun na nga tayu eh, she is a good Mayor, love ng lahat, no doubt about that, never did i question that (though i dont know her a lot) BUT the point here is she made the sheriff a punching bag, kita ba ka atu? its not about questioning her love sa mga constituents niya but how she acted towards the sheriff - mao cguro na ang issue run diba?

Wow! Now you're making your own story. Throw me a news with her quote that she got carried away. You should try an advertising job as a career, you're good at it. You almost got me there.

YouTube - ‪Mayor Duterte hits media man this time. Says "Mag mayor ka muna bago mo ako kausapin"‬‏

    check that interview...

Mayor Duterte: " alam mo sir kung ikaw ang nandito sa position ko at ganito kalaki ang problema mo ...... mabubuwesit ka din sir"

how can u explain that... diba nasuko sya? na carried away... unsa diay tawag nimo why nanumbag syag kalit? simple cell cranium?

I'm not from Davao. Cebuano kong dako.
who told you your from Davao?

i will ask you wala ba nakasala ang Mayor sa Davao? wala ba sya naka violate sa law? why would DILG and CHR conduct investigation then? ayaw kaayu ug focus sa 2 hours na palugit because that is NOT, i repeat NOT an excuse arun kalimtan niya ang balaud ug iyahang role na obligasyon ng mga official ng gobyerno na resputuin ang karapatan ng sinuman.

UP Law Professor Atty. Ricardo Sunga: ang pananakit, pagmamaltrato ay maaring tingnan bilang isang di pagkilala sa halaga sa kanyang dignidad. Saligang Batas nagsasabi na a public office is a public trust........ a certain expectation that this public official will carry out the law and be respectful of human rights.

now, should i say SIGH, FACEPALM?
