That certainly isn't the case here. Kana na example nimo abusar na na kung sagpaon man gani ka ug pusil...

If you were the mayor in this incident, how would you have reacted knowing na nakigsabot na man diay ka sa sheriff na tagaan ka ug 2 hours para lang makatambong ka sa relief operations in another location, and then have enough time para maka-abot sad ka sa demolition?

Ikaduha sad, since ang sheriff man diay ang in-charge adtong higayona kay siya man diay ang naa didto calling the shots, why man in the video wa man siya niduol dayon sa Mayor knowing na siya man jud unta ang unang pangutan-on ngano tung nagubot?

Gitawag pa siya...

She deserves tu put in Justice. If a person make a mistake he/she should be disciplined properly not subject to public humiliation with violence.

The mayor will face a case that will be filed against her no problem pero maka pyansa rana siya walay problema..

I'm was merely pointing out the difference between what I would consider abusing power (hapakon ka ug pusil) as opposed to getting hit in the face by a woman.

I would say her actions were a mix of anger and frustration. She certainly could have handled the situation better, but seeing na naa nay nanga angol, that probably was too much for her and she snapped. In her mind, it was totally unnecessary for someone to get hurt (at least that's how I read the article and by watching the 2 videos).

Another thought that came to mind was that she might have been playing to the crowd. Notice how the crowd cheered while the sheriff gets smacked in the face?

But if she had a gun at that incident, I don't think she would have shot the guy, let alone pulled out her weapon.
