Again, City Mayors have no authority to order around a court sheriff. Only the RTC can, and the RTC belongs to another branch of government separate and equal to the Executive branch.

What is wrong is that the Executive Branch (e.g. City Mayors) have this habit of asserting their perceived powers usurping the orders and authority of our courts of law.
