some find it a hassle because they waited too long for the final interview and the JO, and some are still actually waiting..but if you think about it, ang nangita og trabaho DAPAT MAGHULAT, DILI MAG-DEMAND og DILI MAGBUOT SA HR kung kanus-a tawagan..I believe they prefer those who have the same experience with the account that they have.. Patience is a virtue, and just like what our trainer would always say, "Good things come to those who wait".. They're on the look out for people with experience na sa call center industry, I'm not sure if, by this time, they'll entertain newbies in the BPO.
