go to any bpi branch ang have your card replaced, takes about 1 week and pay 100 pesos.

Hi guys, just an FYI for those looking at BDO to have their paypal verified.

You can not used BDO ATM/ Debit Card Visa or Mastercard to have your paypal verified. I tried it and it does not work. I also e-mailed BDO and finally got an answer from them;

Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Please be advised that BDO has no direct partnership with Paypal and thus,
our ATM Debit card is not accepted in any of their online services.

Please also note that our ATM Debit card cannot be used in any form of
online transactions. Its service function is limited to ATM machine related
transactions and Point of Sale (POS) transaction by physically swiping the
ATM card to merchants POS terminals.

the fastest way to verify your paypal is thru eon from unionbank, it will cost you 350pesos to open and 350 anually. so on. i think one week ang processing before makuha ang debit card. after makuha na nimo ang card adto ka sa imo paypal and verify your account using the debit card, dapat naa sulod ang imo eon kay paypal will deduct 1$ sa imo debit card pero ma credit rana balik sa imo paypal. u can see the 4 digit code sa imo online statement.

and pwd raka ka withdraw using your eon, naa ra man account number imo eon mao rato gamiton nimo once mag withdraw ka.
