Hellow istoryans! I'm not a phone person, but i've decided it's about time i should get myself a new wi-fi phone nya touchscreen pud. And since i'm on a tight budget, i need to get the cheapest one.
I need your advise on which phone model i should look for. If you could give me a list and the price range, i would very much appreciate it. I just need the phone model and price, then maybe i can google the specs to compare and decide w/c one i should get. I hope those phones are all available here in cebu. those that are not hard to find in shops.

I'm sorry i can't buy any of those sold here in istorya becoz i will be using my credit card. So i will be buying in the cellshop jud or in malls.
