1) the breeder is english conversant;
2) you have customs broker... he will arrange the shipping in your behalf.

had imported a pug early last year,
and will be getting another dog (chi this time) next month

di ko kabisado conversion ng yen yo ph peso eh

usually ang pup cost includes the shipping and other customs duties related to the shipping
the buyer then will shoulder the import duties pagdating dito sa atin...
you also need an import permit from BAI which will cost you minimal amount (around 260.00 as of last time)... the boker usually is on pakyaw basis... all-in na sa rate nyang iko-quote sa yo.

to spare yourself of talking to customs crooks, get a broker.

before you pay your breeder, ask him if at his pup's age, pwede na ba yang maship to other countries?

each country has their own standards pagdating sa age ng dog na pwedeng pumasok
