Ok, 5 months nako now. I REALLY NEED HELP!! IM SO CLUELESS.
What formula milk would be best for new born babies?
What do i need to buy for the baby to get prepared?
Pila gasto panganak?

Mga mommies,, what vitamins did you take during your pregnancy?

Please, your help would mean really much to me. I need it jud since I can't ask my parents because they dont know yet.

but mostly kay folic & Iron na ihatag sa imo sa OB

milk - breastmilk is best for babies until 2 yrs.. pero kung ganahan jud kag formula, s26 cguro.. pero better if you ask the pedia..

baby supplies - nay thread already regarding what to prepare for delivery.. please search lang.. pero aside from those, daghan pa man stuff.. bathtub, nailcutter, brush.. naa sad other stuff nga depende ra sa imong preferences.. like for example, sleeping area - pwede crib, bassinet, or your own bed ra if you're planning to co-sleep. diapers - cloth or disposable

gasto - around 33k to amoa.. normal delivery, no epidural, 2 days hospital stay.. pero wala pa nay labot sa other times nga na-hospitalize pud ko.. ug wala pa nay labot monthly check-ups..

vitamins - i think around that time, i was taking iron, vit c, and omega 3.. but it's best to seek ob's advise..

BReastmilk is still best for babies, but if you cant produce milk, you can try S26
baby supplies-dress, cotton buds, cotton balls, mittens, diapers, oil and baby cloth
You need around 30-40k for your hospital fee
vitamins-i guess your ob will be the one who should give you that.

Importante keep eating healthy foods specially fruits during development stages ng baby mo. Para paglabas nya hindi sya sakitin and matalino syempre.

1st jud ani TS... tell your parents.. please lang.. ayaw una ug kahadlok.. normal nana nga makasaban ka.. kai alangan malipay sila.. dba? dawata nalang ang kasaba.. think of that baby in your tummy.. wa man cguroi parents maka antos sa ilang anak dba? then from them pangutana.. supportaan ka ana nila TS oi.. mangasaba jud na for sure pero tabangan sad jud ka ana..
