---an eager applicant and a deserving applicant is those who grabs every oppurtunity he can get, not just the easy ones. ----
Everybody knows this and as a result you may not be able to hold the status of this applicant if a better opportunity is just right before him.
e.g . Company A & Company B are looking for potential candidates. Both are credible and established companies with an attractive compensation packages. Co.A - pooling whilst Co.B - immediate hiring. Which company do you think has a higher chances of getting those potential candidates?

TS, how can you be so sure nga for pooling ra diay? did you ask the representatives/ HR of the companies there?

i don't go to job fairs kay kapoy.....dretso ko sa company.....drop sa guard....adto.....
rep man gud ko sauna sa company for job fairs......gamay ra kaayo porsento dawaton anang job fairs.....

Pag katoytoy sad oi, sometimes man gud maka ingun ka ug waste of time ra, labon na if you're really in need of a job....
