^ True, but it still doesn't take away the fact that the Philippines is in a lot of BS.

before you throw any fingers to anybody in the government or to anyone... examine yourself first...

what have you done lately or what have you contribute to make your fellow filipino's life a bit better than what he is experiencing right now.

Blaming others is always been a trademark to us filipinos... We blame GOD, we blame the weather, we blame our neighbor, we blame the chinese, we blame the americans, we blame the spaniards, we blame the people in the government, we blame our family.. heck we always blame someone or something for the life we have now....

EVER EVER CONSIDERED and ACCEPTING BLAMING YOURSELF SAD? for the sad and sorry state of our country?

Each and every one of us, has a responsibility to do and take... It's not him, her, she or you.. ITS OURS...

the moment you accept yourself that you also have a role to take in making this country a bit nicer to live by... is the moment we can be proud of ourselves and to the world....

It's start in us, you and me....making and helping together... STOP BLAMING.. We have, each one of us have a fault to the sorry state of what our country has become....
TOMO!!!! it such ironic to think that those who whine most are the useless and no contribution at all.

I thought you were going to give some fresh ideas on how to alleviate our present condition.

Use your brain cells. Treat the problems as puzzles and offer smart solutions. Try to think outside the box.

Take one problem that's being cited in that video and then outline a solution that you think would best work given the present conditions.
Criticize? Stating the obvious? Doesn't the video speak the truth? How can we 'alleviate our present condition' when we don't even know the root of the problem? Maybe you already know that's why you're very impatient. Obviously you're a smart guy. Do you have fresh ideas that you want to share here?

Like what have you done to your country. Or lets start from the very possible thing you could do, community services.

Oh, please the "What have you done for this country?" are just empty words. In reality, you wake up, go to school, play video games go home, go to sleep on a daily basis.

And because one is not proud of his/her country, it means he/she didnt do a thing. You're taking the argument into one's personal life. From sangguniang kabataan, church volunteer, YFC, election day volunteer, local municipal programs, I did them all. Yet I still consider the "What have you done for this country?" empty words.

It's the kind of question that will make you feel superior because you said it once. Everybody, in one point of their lives did something good for their country. May it be placing their right hand to their chest during a flag ceremony, or as simple as voting.

What's with all this "we should not be proud of being a Pinoy" threads lately? Naay nagsugod-sugod and then you follow suit. For all the readers that come here and read threads like this, unsay epekto makita nimo ani nila? How does this influence the readers? Do you know how many "hits" this thread has?

We ALL know that as a country we are neck-deep in shit. So?? Pun-i pa ug laing Pinoy-hating threads... feeling nako gikuwangan pa ka. I don't see any constructivism in your first post except highlighting defects. Mao ra jud na atong makita?

I'm Googling around and watching news features and videos and I see A LOT of Pinoys who are doing good. Why don't you highlight those?

Puro mo duot, duot, duot... sige ra mo reklamo. Way lihok. All you do is vent your frustrations in here, nya human makapahungaw lingaw˛ dayon....
