Because wala pay actual vacancy. Or else wala or gamay ra moy company maabtan didto kung ang pwede lang paapilon is kadto company na naay actual vacancy. hehehehehe.

out of 10 resumes i prepared, 1 lang jud ako na submit. and ang 1 nga ako nasubmit, d pajud linya ghapon sa ako kurso. tsk tsk

amount wasted for what? do you even know the process of pooling?

pooling in hr means there is an expected opening but still not an actual vacancy. meaning, sourcing of candidates should start immediately because if ever the position will be vacant, a company wouldn't want to waste precious time and would like to fill it as soon as possible. vs. sourcing and looking for candidates by the time na maopen ang position, then it'll take another month to process a candidate, 1 whole month of wasted time for the company. companys time is more precious than the time of an unemployed person. truth hurts but true nonetheless.

finding a job is never easy. jobs are there for those who are patient enough to look for it, not to those who thinks applying in a jobfair is a waste of time. an eager applicant and a deserving applicant is those who grabs every oppurtunity he can get, not just the easy ones.
