Yes. Tanan ninyo gi sulti is true.. as in dali kaau ka mo lose ug weight. nkahurot ko ug 3box..as in diha diha dayon u can feel losing weight. cge ka ihi and dli kaau dako imong appetite. first week nkong gamit is grabe kaau ko mangihi, then grabe pod ang uhaw. Grabe as in lose jud akong weight even my husband notice it immediately(basta cge ug kita dli baya ka bantay na mo lose weight ka ma compare nlng na sa photos)

BUT.... ang effect sa ako in the long run is after sa 3 box wla na sya ni effect. bisan 1 month wla nko ni take kay bacn inig take nko ug balik mo effect na pod cya like mo gamay akong appetite, etc,...pero wala. IMO..any slimming supplements should be paired with exercise. Kai most of these supplements are designed to boost your metabolism but there is no better way to lose weight than exercise.

Nipalit kog leisure 18 sa happy herb atbang sm cebu. *tag145php Unya 1st try nko nagpalpitate kog maau unya uhaw kaau ko. with regards sa suppressing my appetite, wa man noon ko kafeel ana. Gana naman noon kog kaon. THen g undangan nko kay grabe ang palpitations but after a day gtry na sad nkog balik. overall 5 sachers akong nahurot and ang intake nko kay 1 sachet per day but then nakadecide ko na undangan. after nko g undangan kay odd naman gd. Laliman kag natug ko nya suddenly i felt grave akong heart beat, paspas kaau xa nya d ko kaginhawa tarong. gkan sa pag undang nkog inum, maglabad akong ulo ug malipong ko. I've been observing for 5 days kung mawa ba akong lipong ug labad sa ulo, nya hangtod karon wa man jpon na wa uie. Tas murag mohuot akong dughan which i didn't experience for the past years. nya bsag wa nko ni inom for the past 5 days, dry ghpon akong throat as in uga jd. wa koy malag-ok na laway.
