hahahaha! unya ang manual makadakop ug carnap vehicles? mawala ba na ang fixer sa manual? wala gyud na sila ka-huna2x na it's the judgement of the person encoding the data kung may pagka-suspicious ang iya gi-encode? they are plugging the wrong holes.

I guess si torres wa pa kadungog ug software updates?

    lamest of lame excuses.

They should have requested for better online connection rather than manual transactions. These LTO officials who are applauding the request, should be observed thoroughly because of some obvious reasons.

what? you've been paying to someone a whooping 1.3 billion pesos a year whose software has loopholes yet not updated since 1998? a fresh IT grad can even do that.

how can you stick to a system that gives room to corruption?

    lamest of lame ideas.

and going back to manual is corruption free?

no system is corruption free. it's still up to the department.

kung di mudemand ang client na ifix, di man sad na ifix sa vendor. and no, a fresh IT grad can't do that.
